Landolt and Brown’s commissions cover a range of project types. In scale, they range from individual sites and buildings where we are achieving exceptional value for our clients through optimising development potential and proceeding rapidly and successfully through the planning system, to major transport-related commissions which include new rail and surface transport buildings along with associated commercial development of under-utilised land owned by transport providers.

At a city-wide scale we have also prepared a number of design briefs, masterplans and area action plans for several of London’s public sector bodies, the majority of which are now under development and demonstrate our understanding of both the economic and planning policy drivers which underpin successful regeneration.
