Adam Brown

Co-Founding Director

Adam is co-founder of Landolt + Brown architects. He is a fully qualified, chartered architect with over 30 years of experience in professional practice. Adam has responsibility for the practice’s regeneration projects which include a range of civic commissions which include rail, public realm and mixed use development on complex urban sites. These include award-winning projects at Hackney Wick, Peckham Station Square, Bruce Grove Yard and West Hampstead. His current commissions included the upgrade of Peckham Rye Station and the preparation of several national design guidance documents for Network Rail.

Adam is a Mayor of London Design Advocate and chairs the TfL Property design panel. He acts as chair of Network Rail’s Design Advice Panel and sits on design panels for HS2 and OPDC as well as being a Design Council Built Environment Expert.

Prior to co-founding Landolt + Brown in 2006 Adam was a director at John McAslan + Partners leading projects including Kings Cross Western Concourse and Camden’s Roundhouse. He is known as a champion of place-specific urban design and for his experience in transport and regeneration projects, historic buildings, stakeholder engagement and complex planning consents.

Adam obtained his degree and diploma in architecture at the University of Edinburgh.
