Camden Town Station + Oversite Development

TfL commissioned Landolt + Brown for two independent, but physically connected projects in the heart of Camden Town. These included the design of a new station entrance approximately 100m north of the current station, connected via a new low-level concourse, along with the design of a 75 unit residential scheme which will be located directly above the station on a site fronting Buck Street.

The oversite scheme has been developed to full detailed planning application stage, with the station project currently at approved London Underground Concept Design Stage. Both projects are currently on-hold in response to recent funding reductions emanating from the Crossrail overspend, but the intention is to submit planning and proceed with the design of the Underground station in the near future.
