In 2016 Landolt + Brown was appointed by Hochtief UK to prepare detail design and production drawings for three station upgrade projects on the eastern section of the Elizabeth Line at Maryland, Manor Park and Seven Kings. The upgrades include new bridge structures incorporating lift and stair platform connections and a range of ticket office and access-related station improvements.

In each station, the interfaces with existing, fully operational railway structures and systems was highly complex and required expert technical knowledge and a detailed understanding of railway standards and low-impact methods of construction, including substantial use of off-site manufacture and assembly techniques.
