Tottenham Hale Station + Oversite Development

Landolt + Brown led the design of a new station at Tottenham Hale which will combine Underground and Network Rail services in a much more generous, elegant new concourse. The new station has been designed to accommodate a development deck to support a 12 storey tower above the station, along with a residential-led linear development running alongside the railway. This project interfaces directly with the practice’s completed project for Tottenham’s Station Square, based on a masterplan and plot boundaries developed by the practice for landowners Haringey, TfL and Network Rail.

The project is currently under construction. Landolt + Brown developed the concept for the new station and secured detailed planning consent, after which the project transferred to a design and build contractor.

The oversite development, currently at concept design stage and developed by Landolt + Brown for TfL Property, has been used extensively by Haringey and the GLA in publicity material to showcase the development potential at Tottenham Hale. It will proceed following completion of the Station.
